About Peter Nguyen

The recipient of two literary awards (Salon du livre, 1986; Les Jeunes
Ecrivains, 1987), Peter was also valedictorian of both his elementary
school and high school. He developed early in life a deep appreciation
of and reverence for knowledge.

In the 1990s, Peter worked as a marketing communications specialist for several Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, American Express and Abbott Laboratories, and also worked for CDI Corporate Education Services where he learned about the corporate training industry.

In 1999, he graduated with distinction from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in B2B marketing. He launched and ran a marketing communications company, Major Force, from 2000 to 2003 -- the company later became Evok Communications (www.evok.ca).

In 2005, he created the Ideal Career Framework (ICF), a revolutionary methodology for envisioning, designing and managing one's authentic career. The following year, Peter co-founded Talentelle, a training company specialized in serving women, and created the BMW workshop (http://www.businessmodelworkout .blogspot.com) which he teaches at Tyark College and several other entrepreneurship schools.

Peter now works as Editor in Chief of CareerKnowledge.net, whose
mission is to empower talented professionals and managers every day.

About Joe Nguyen

After graduating from McGill University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Management Information Systems, Joe worked as a Product Manager for Media Express, a marketing firm specializing in handling inbound and outbound marketing and sales campaigns for Fortune 500 companies such as JC Penny, Rogers Wireless and Canadian Tire.

For the past 10 years, Joe's career progressed successfully as he held different positions within the telecom industry. These include working as a team leader supporting call center operations, as a project manager driving marketing campaigns and as a portfolio manager leading a group of project analysts on pricing initiatives.  

In March 2007, Joe co-founded WJP Real Estate Inc., a real estate company with a focus on acquiring, renovating and selling houses as well as managing revenue properties and providing consulting services.

In addition to being the Publisher for CareerKnowledge.net, Joe is also currently the Publisher and Operations Manager for PowerKnowledge.net whose mission is to inspire and empower people to live a life without limits.
